Overview
PU5285 is a two-component, low viscosity, solvent-free, polyaspartic, aliphatic self-levelling topcoat. PU5285 is based on aliphatic polyurethane technology to give enhanced UV performance whilst maintaining hardness. Available as a clear coat or pigmented.

How to use
- Substrate Preparation
The surface must be free from contamination or water prior to PU5285 application, as such wiping/drying may be required.
- Mixing
The PU5285 Part A resin should be mixed using a slow speed, high torque, helical blade mixer until uniform.
PU5285 Part B hardener is then added and mixed thoroughly at slow speed for 2 minutes until uniform. - Application
The mixture is then applied to the surface using a non-absorbent roller at a coat weight of between 300 -600gsm.
- Curing
After application allow the system to cure fully before trafficking of the site.
