Homestead Construction Ltd was involved as part of the redevelopment of the NZ Campus of Innovation and Sport in Upper Hutt. Homestead Construction was appointed to construct the new Athletes Village, 50 short-stay accommodation units in 7 blocks, and the shared Amenities building that provides a central social space for those staying in the Athletes Village. All of these new structures have been designed to match into the existing building on the campus.
Homestead Construction engaged Sabre Adhesives to assist with the sealants for joint sealing of the precast concrete panels that form a critical component of the units construction, ensuring water and weather tightness on this project.
