Overview
SabreBond PU2002 is a solvent free, two-component polyurethane adhesive developed primarily for structural bonding of insulated sandwich panels, such as truck panels and door panels.

How to use
- Protect from moisture
Moisture has a negative effect on resin and hardener. Therefore, both components must be protected from moisture. Keep the containers well closed and store them in a dry place
- Directions for use
Before use, the resin component should be stirred well. Then the two components (resin and hardener) are dosed in the right mixing ratio and homogeneously mixed. Application by hand is possible. The best way to use it is with an automatic dosing machine and static mixers. It is recommended to mechanically fix or press the bonded parts until the adhesive is cured. Our technical service team is available for further questions.
- Cleaning
Non-cured adhesive or the individual components can be removed with solvent. Pay attention to the tolerability of the substrate with the solvent. Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
