Overview
SabreBond SMP1045 is a 2-component silane-modified polymer adhesive with fast curing at room temperature. The adhesive has good bonding performance, excellent electrical insulation and high temperature tolerance form -40°C to 150°C.

260kg (resin), 20kg (hardener) or on request.

How to use
- Method
Manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
- Application Temperature
+10°C until +30°C
- Substrate Preparation
Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
- Priming
When bonding, Sabre Surface Activator may be used on non-porous surfaces.
When bonding or sealing porous surfaces (e.g., concrete), Sabre Primer PX is recommended. We recommend preliminary compatibility tests previous to application. - Tooling
Soapy solution before skin formation.
